1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 92pkr platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a registered player placing bets — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. 2Eligibility & Age Requirements

3Account Registration

Each player is entitled to register and maintain one account only on 92pkr. Operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or under another person's identity — is a serious breach of these terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false information at registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. 92pkr accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately.

92pkr reserves the right to decline a registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4Deposits & PKR Payments

All deposits on 92pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically confirmed within minutes
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, typically confirmed within minutes
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from your Pakistani bank account
• Debit and Credit Cards — Pakistani-issued cards
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet services

The payment method you use for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. 92pkr does not charge internal fees on standard deposits, but your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing.

Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your 92pkr balance, it cannot be reversed. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted via the Withdrawal section of your 92pkr account. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed any required identity verification checks.
• The withdrawal amount must not include uncleared bonus funds that are still subject to wagering requirements.
• The name on your 92pkr account must match the name on the receiving payment account.

6Bonuses & Promotions

92pkr runs a variety of promotional offers throughout the year, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, free bets, accumulator boosts and seasonal cricket promotions tied to PSL and international tournaments. All promotions are governed by specific terms which are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on 92pkr unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only. Players who have previously held a 92pkr account — including closed accounts — are not eligible for new player bonuses.
• Free bets must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused free bets expire automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or passed to another player.

7Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 92pkr — whether on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports or any other market — are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked. We do not accept responsibility for bet slips where the player has not checked the final odds and stake before confirming.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip. 92pkr reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or markets at any time.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed — for example, odds of 1000/1 for a near-certain outcome — 92pkr reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In-play bets on Cricket, PSL and other live markets are subject to suspension during key moments — over breaks, wicket reviews and similar stoppages. Bets placed during a suspended market will be voided and stakes returned.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player once confirmed. Please review your bet slip carefully before submitting.

For PSL and international cricket specifically, 92pkr offers a wide range of markets including match winner, top run scorer, highest opening partnership, total sixes, man of the match and over-by-over specials. Each market type has settlement rules that are displayed alongside the market. In cases of genuine ambiguity in settlement, 92pkr's decision is final.

8Casino & Slot Games

92pkr's casino and slot game offering is provided in partnership with established software providers. All games are subject to the rules published within the game interface itself. 92pkr accepts no responsibility for software malfunctions originating from a third-party game provider, though in such cases bets affected by genuine malfunctions will be voided and stakes returned.

• Casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. No betting system, strategy or pattern of play can influence RNG-determined results.
• Live casino tables — blackjack, baccarat, roulette and live poker variants — are subject to additional rules displayed within the live game interface.
• Jackpot prizes displayed in progressive slot games are indicative and may change at the moment of play. The jackpot amount at the point of winning is the confirmed prize.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 92pkr and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

12Responsible Gaming

13Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach, 92pkr will conduct an investigation. During this period, access to the account and any associated funds may be frozen. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 92pkr support. Any real-money balance (net of any uncleared bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered PKR payment method upon voluntary closure.

14Limitation of Liability

92pkr provides the platform on an "as available" basis.
